Never underestimate the power of dreams and the influence of the human spirit. We are all the same in this notion: The potential for greatness lives within each of us.

Endure the Interval

With hope there is an interval.  Interval between the promise and the fulfillment of the promise.   Live is full of intervals.  There were intervals in securing employment, purchasing first car, acquiring first home, obtaining your education.  There is a lapse of time before realization of the outcome.  The lapse of time is where you dig in, pressing forward to realize the desired result.

Intervals are tests.

Intervals test endurance, will and patience.  You must withstand the interval in order to realize the results.  Use the power of will to keep going believing in what is possible.  Believing in the unseen. Displaying patience being committed to the process.

Look at those before you who had to endure during the interval – Moses, David, Esther, Ruth, Barack, Kamala, Michael Jordan, Oprah and Biden.  The list goes on but you get the picture. All had a space of time between promise and fulfillment.

The promise is real.

God makes the promise.  His word is true.  God does not lie.  Have patience until the promise becomes a reality.  While waiting, make preparations so that you are ready. Preparations include learning, growing and developing. The interval is not a period to be idol but a period to actively improving and expanding.

Promise is encouragement.

God’s promise is your encouragement to keep going.  His encouragement is the strong support that will get you through the hard tests.  Tests add to your character to equip you for the promise.  God said to Abraham, “I will surely bless you and I will surely multiply you.” Hebrew 6:14

Time to God is not the same as for you. Abraham had an interval.  You will have an interval just like Abraham. The interval can be short or long. After the interval, comes realization of the promise.
