In John 4:1-25, Jesus is having a conversation with a Samaritan woman by a well. Jesus asked the woman for a drink of water. The woman replied “You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink” (John 4:9, NIV).
Living Water
Jesus stated you are not even aware of who you are speaking with. He is the supplier of water beyond the natural. He is the living water. The woman missed the point. Responding back “Sir, you have nothing to draw with and the well is deep. Where can you get this living water?” (John 4:11, NIV).
The Samaritan woman focused only on what is visible. Missing what can be provided beyond the natural. Her mind closed to the unnatural. Closed to beyond natural sight.
Look to the unnatural
Just like this woman, your mind becomes closed looking only at what you visible see in yourself. Not looking beyond what is within you. This places limits on your accomplishments. Remove the limits to making more possible. Believing in opportunities. The is natural water and there is living water. Living water is not seen. It is invisible within you.
Apply this to your potential. Potential cannot be seen and it resides within you. It becomes visible with accomplishments. Accomplishments that become possible by utilizing the potential. A closed mind sees only the natural. Impacting outcomes. Look beyond the natural to strengthen you to press forward. Empowering you to take actions that will enable you to realize greater outcomes.
God is spirit, and his worshippers must worship in the Spirit and in truth (John 4:24, NIV).
