Make it Count

You have one life to live.  One shot to be great.  To be great means to live your life being the best and giving your best.  Being great does not mean being perfect.  It means striving to be better.   Once you know better, it is important to be better.  Unawareness is excusable. Once aware there will be no excusing. In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent.  For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. -Acts 17:30-31

Do not go back.

Do not return to the ways of thinking that do not serve or build up this world. Thinking that is not in conformity to God’s will and purpose.  God’s will and purpose requires the best of you.  For you to give your best.  Do the things that you know that you should do.  Make the most of the life gifted. Do not hold back.  Do not follow the crowd.  Pave your own way.  The way that is the reason for your creation and existence.

What do I do?

You ask, how do I make my life count? By listening and following the One who created you. All is in his words. Let your words and actions be a reflection of what is in his word.

Do not speak words that are false and negative.  Words are empty when followed by inaction and negativity.  No works and deeds. But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken. -Matthew 12:36

There will be no covering up what you have done in this life.  Make this life count having a judgment of good standing. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. – Ecclesiastes 12:14
