Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day. You will be with family, friends and loved ones. I challenge you to reflect on three qualities that are a blessing.
- Knowledge – ability to know, understand, give meaning and solve problems.
- Will – the power to make choices and decisions.
- Emotion – the ability to feel and be aware of feelings.
To compliment these three qualities, you have God. His love, power and strength. Blessing you with full capacity to be a person. He gifted you in his image. Provides you what is required to fulfill the purpose and will for your life. To be successful.
Evaluate your use of these qualities. Answer these four questions.
- How are you building up God’s kingdom?
- How you are adding value to others?
- How you are displaying gratitude to God for your qualities?
- What is the return to God?
You have the three main qualities that enables and equips to obtain the resources to acquire what you need to be successful in this world. Give God the glory and thanks for your three qualities. Let him know that you do not take these three essential qualities for granted.
Put your thanks into action using your qualities for his will and purpose. Your life is not your own.
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground (Psalm 143:10, NIV).
